The Roboking or simply V-R4000 is equipped with some impressive features including a long-life battery, HEPA filters, cyclone dust kit and plenty of suction power.
The V-R4000's round profile might make you think at first glance that its just another Roomba knock off but, it isn't. This model sports what LG says is the most powerful (BLDC) Brushless Direct Current motor in any robotic vacuum. It can supply up to 100W of cleaning power. While that may be more powerful other robotic vacuums (most high-end products usually feature from 30W to 70W) its still about half of LG's own standard upright vacuum.
Roboking is geared by a Lithium Polymer battery (Li-PB), which was used on premium cell phones and auto-bike, laptop-computers, and never before on a robotic vacuums. The newly introduced battery type extends the life cycle of the battery from 3 to 5 times longer than others, and as a result the consumers do not have to buy additional battery, which is very convenient and saves money. The V-R4000 takes about 2.5 hours to charge and can run about 70 minutes on a charge. This is pretty comparable to other robotic vacuums.
Is dust a problem in your home? The V-R4000 features a five-step filters system and valve that prevents the back flow of dust the machine sucks up. Also, it incorporates a micro filters system (HEPA) that can help clean allergens from your home.
Another nice feature of the Roboking is its RF remote which allows you to control your vacuum within a 10 Meter radius. This is quite a bit further than the IR remotes other robotic vacuums use. It also has a joystick to make it easier for you to direct your vacuum to trouble spots.
Roboking's effective operation under the control of 22 sensors attached on 32bit Microprocessor, moves in 4 smart patterns such as Gyro-Matrix, Variable-Matrix, and Spiral, Random, depending on the structure and space of the area. Especially, Gyro-Matrix controlled by Gyro sensor does what vacuum cleaner ROBOT has to do. This allows the LG Roboking to drive around the house without getting stuck on furniture.
