Allysen is a doll that recognizes and responds to key words and phrases with lifelike facial expressions and emotions.

She's programmed to learn child's preferences: favorite hobbies, colors, best school friends and work them into a conversation. It has a vocabulary of more than 100 words and speaks in the recorded voice of a girl. Allysen has the ability to process voice commands. She will ask the child simple questions, remember the answer and later use this information in the conversation.

To interact with her, you must speak loudly and clearly, so she is not recommended for someone with speech impediment or is a soft talker. Also, you must be in a quiet environment to interact with her. Only speak to Allysen when she is not talking or moving her mouth or eyes.

The animatronics controlling her face are finely tuned to produce subtle facial expressions that are perfectly suited to her age (she's 10).

Allysen has a keen fashion sense - dressing in a trendy outfit with cute embellished jeans and a reversible vest. She also comes with cool new accessories, which she recognizes, including a smoothie, magazine, hairbrush, barrettes, shoes, clothing and a cell phone.

Allysen can recognize when her hair is being brushed, when hair barrettes and headband are placed in her hair. She also can recognize when she's wearing her cool jeans, her cute purple top, and tennies.

Amazing Allysen is equipped with 8 sensors: right and left hand sensor, head sensor, microphone, upper and lower clothing sensor, shoe sensor, lower back sensor.

Requires 3 "AAA" batteries and 4 "AA" batteries. This doll is 20" tall.

To increase the play possibilities you can purchase a variety of separate accessory packs. All About Slumber Parties, All About Cheerleading, All About School and All About Dance packs allow Allysen to understand and engage in new play patterns. Each pack includes a new stylish outfit, smart accessories and a cartridge to load Allysen's new vocabulary for the new play adventure.

Setup: Requires adult assistance. Once the batteries are inserted, turn the switch on and set the date and time, child's birth date and nickname. Next Allysen will take you through a tutorial that teaches you how to play with her.

Activities: Amazing Allyseen has 8 activities. To play with her you need to tell one of the special phrases: 'Play a game.', 'Read the magazine.', 'Call a friend.', 'Have a smoothie.', 'Try hairstyles.', 'Let's chat.', 'Take a break.', 'Allysen.'. If you want Allysen to switch to a different activity, squeeze Allysen's left hand for approximately 10 seconds at anytime and she will ask you 'What do you want to do?'.
