Total crap 7k for a robot that walks and takes photos. Wowwee's RS2 media has a camera and music but it also has an LCD screen for only 500GBP and nuvo sometimes is a bit slow to awnser your commands

Make no mistake, this is an awesome top-of the range bi-pedal consumer robot, but it suffers from not just a high price tag but a lot of mis-leading claims/reviews and usual wishful thinking. First a quick reality check. No one has yet invented a robot out of the movies and certainly not for GPB2,500. Nuvo is not a kit-robot for thrashing around, nor is he a basic overpriced toy. Nuvo is an exceptionally well-made consumer robot that would appeal to those who enjoy Aibo and is made from hi-spec parts which help to explain some of the high-cost (for those who indulge in kit robots, I think they appreciate this). Just like the first edition Aibos, ZMP's first offering - Nuvo - is a fantastic product and good match price wise, and actually excels in capability.
Unlike the first Aibo, Nuvo combines a lot of features from the last Aibo model - the ERS7 - in terms of wireless ability and control, and impressively on just 2 feet! Well presented, this robot is very audacious in that it is a first edition
Aibos, ZMP's first offering - Nuvo - is a fantastic product and good match price wise, and actually excels in capability.
